As a member of staff with Special Olympics Asia Pacific, your role as Senior Manager, Sports & Competitions is to establish good quality sports programmes for people with intellectual disabilities across the Asia Pacific region through Special Olympics country programs. Sports Partnerships

· Seek and work with external partners that can contribute to the delivery of Special Olympics sports activities

· Oversee the development of effective relationships between Country Programs and Sports Partners across the region

· Support the design and activation of sports partnerships across the region

Competition Management

· Build on the introduction of competition readiness standards to ensure all country programs institute protocols that put athletes and delegations in the best position to smoothly participate in any Special Olympics competitions at all levels of the movement

· Oversee the adoption of a regional competition sanctioning system

· Promote the sharing of best practices between programs to improve competition hosting capabilities across the region

· Support the development of a regional games bidding and evaluation processes

The Community Nurse (Home Care) is responsible for planning; coordinating, directing and evaluating the patient care services and provides supervision serving as the vital link between the vision of CWA and a team of Community Caregivers (CCGs). It served as the unit-based delivery of effective, cost-efficient high quality patient care. It also includes providing quality care to clients under the Home Monitoring System.

The Community Nurse (Home Care) is also responsible for managing and assist in providing direct patient care through care management, assessment, providing home personal care services, nursing procedures and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the seniors, including educating patients & families and caregiver training.

The Community Nurse (Home Care) needs to assist the Registered Nurse in the delivery of required and optimal level of healthcare services to clients at home.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Home Personal Care (HPC)

a) Patient Care

· Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ needs

· Provide management, scheduling and supervision a team of Community Caregivers (CCGs) and in-house training of CCGs

· Development, implementation and review of clients’ home care plans

· Facilitate patient flow and patient education

· Refer patients for further care or services, when necessary

- Handling of client’s Service Contract and collection of payment

- Handling of CCGs’ Contract and mass briefing / interview

- To prepare weekly/monthly activity and statistic reports

- Preparation and submission of patients’ subvention to MOH/AIC

- HPC, Outreach Programme reports and statistics, including Home Monitor System

- Conducting of surveys to ensure service quality, when necessary

· Provide administrative and support to other staff members in programmes and coverage.

4) Other Duties

· Assist and support all ad-hoc events organised by CWA and/or third party organisers when assigned, and assist in any other events of the CWA which may be held in the evenings and possibly on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

The Community Nurse (Home Care) is responsible for planning; coordinating, directing and evaluating the patient care services and provides supervision serving as the vital link between the vision of CWA and a team of Community Caregivers (CCGs). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Home Personal Care (HPC)

a) Patient Care

Summary:

The Offsite Security Analysts are a key component of our SOC-as-a-Service operations.  They are on the front line receiving and triaging alerts from our clients who require dedicated support.  Our Security Analysts have strong network and security knowledge, are strong problem solvers, and work under time pressure to quickly analyze and report security threats in our client’s networks.

• Application vulnerability scans – Perform or coordinate dynamic security scan of internal and external web applications. The tests to be of the following types:

• Perform or coordinate internal vulnerability assessments required to manage PCIDSS compliance on networks, systems and security related systems. The tests to be of the following types:
    a. Configuration Scan,

• Operate an effective Log Management, Host Based Intrusion Detection System across geographies and support the incident management and change management work and maintain PCIDSS compliance, SOC 2 Type II Compliance and ISO 27001 Compliance.
• Maintain compliance tracks and ensure HIPS system, compliance system, etc. are maintained up to date for certifications (PCIDSS, SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001 Certification audits).
• Perform troubleshooting on SIEM, FIM and HIPS products and seek support from AV support team by creating and following up on tickets.
• Ensure the SIEM, HIPS, FIM, MSS and other technologies implemented for PCIDSS compliance runs optimally with no negative impact on systems.
• Prepare reports from the technical (SIEM, MSS, HIPS, FIM) and non-technical systems (excel reports) the support the client audit requests, PCIDSS audits, ISO27001 audits, SOC 2 Type II etc. and maintain the dashboards.
• Firewall Review - Perform Firewall review using automated tools and maintain PCI DSS requirement.
• Access review - Perform periodic access reviews of security solutions.
• Configuration review of Security devices - Periodic review of security devices as per MSS guidelines
• Segmentation testing - Perform or coordinate segmentation test for the PCI in scope systems.
• Any other delegated tasks reasonably considered to be within the scope of the post and as agreed with managers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Hadoop Administrator or similar role in a production environment.
3. Strong understanding of Hadoop architecture and ecosystem components (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, etc.).
4. Experience with Hadoop cluster setup, configuration, and tuning for performance and scalability.
5. Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
6. Experience with Hadoop security frameworks such as Kerberos and LDAP.
7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Real Estate Finance – Vice President, Singapore

The Role

Blackstone is seeking a Vice President in the Singapore office for the Real Estate Finance team.  Reporting directly to the Asia Pacific Head of Business Finance who is based in Hong Kong, the candidate will be a key senior finance member leading the fund finance function and will work closely with the Real Estate acquisition, asset management and other functional teams on fund operations and management, fund reporting and quarterly valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Operations

  • Oversee fund liquidity management / forecasting

  • Oversee on-going investment limitation monitoring for deal flows

  • Lead coordination of capital activities and related reporting for NY

  • Ongoing AIFMD compliance monitoring

• Fund Reporting

  • Oversee quarterly investor templates and investor letters

  • Oversee ad-hoc/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for senior management

  • Liaise with accounting service provider and BX stakeholders on fund related matters

• Valuation Reporting

  • Oversee specific valuation reporting

  • Oversee fund level returns and materials to facilitate meetings with various stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 15+ years’ experience of accounting / private equity / real estate experience

• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in a managerial role within private equity/real estate

• Ability to work effectively across a global organization

The Senior Event Executive supports the planning and delivery of themed events and daily programmes at B2B trade shows. Working alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations divisions, the Senior Event Executive will be part of a team that develops trade show programmes and help ensure all elements are aligned to create a successful Event.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-Event and Post-Event

• Overall project management and execution of themed activities  
• Manage project critical paths
• Sponsor and stakeholder relationship management
• Administer and follow up on contractual commitments  
• Work with marketing team on marketing and communication of the programmes
• Production of POSM items and other event materials, including event brochure, rule books, food menus, badges, tickets, signage, posters, certificates, gifts, prizes, maintenance of event website etc 
• Source vendors and manage ordering and production processes
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ascertain event requirements and ensure that standards are maintain and deadlines are met 
• Manage and administer online registration and participant database
• Plan venue layouts and programme schedules
• Plan event operations and logistics
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for operational requirements
• Plan and arrange for on-site manpower and other resources
• Post event follow ups and project closing matters
• Perform additional duties as assigned

During Event

• On-site event management to ensure successful execution of the event
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel for on-site operations such as venue and equipment setup, signage, delivery arrangements, IT/communication equipment, transportation, registration needs, secretariat requirements, meals, etc.
• Manage manpower and other resources on-site
• Work with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programmes
• Manage event related arrangement for international delegates/participants
• Preparing delegates/participants information packs and papers
• On-site management of event from start to end, managing the flow of sessions, oversee registration, ensure all requirements are met, liaison with vendors etc.
• Handling queries and troubleshoot issues on-site
• Overseeing the setup and teardown of the event
