Job Description:
· Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
· Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
· Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
· Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
· Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
· Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
· Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
· Meticulous and able to work independently
· Well versed in English and Chinese.
