Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays

Be a part of the culinary team for an all-American craft burger restaurant with potential to expansion to higher position with a bar & grill concept in development. Responsibilties include daily food preparation, cooking, ordering supplies, cleaning and overall maintenance supervision of the kitchen procedures.

Must have a minimum 1-2 years kitchen experience, food safety & hygiene certificate, ability to work and collaborate with the team in a positive environment as well as work indepently, good organization and problem solving skills.

Shipping Assistant cum Accounts

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Shipping Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at Fairteck Holding Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and preferably, experience with SAP or other ERP software. This role also involves supporting the Sales Support team and handling import/export documentation.

Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

· Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and permit declaration.

· Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements

· Follow up and advise customers on shipment status

· Able to assist retail department preparing invoice and DO for daily delivery

· Input data and generate reports for retail department

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· 'O' Level or above, or equivalent

· 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Work independently and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;

· Good communication and organization skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
