We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of one of our legacy products, ensuring its continued relevance and success in the market. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our legacy product, including its features and architecture. Main Responsibilities

• Product Analysis and Understanding

• Stakeholder Management

- Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with special consideration to the business owners.

- Build consensus and manage expectations around product priorities and timelines.

• Performance Monitoring and Iteration

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.

- Use data-driven insights to iterate on the product and enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in managing legacy products.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Domain knowledge of derivatives products and platforms is a plus.

JOB SCOPE

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, learning and development, organization development or a related discipline
• Min 10 years L&D experience and/ or HR professional handling L&D or organization development tasks across different levels of employees in the same business unit, preferably in manufacturing multinational organizations.
• Experience in plan, design, deploy, facilitate, and conduct training.
• Good communication skills, strong learning agility, dynamic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• At least 3 years as site lead/manager role in L&D.
