Job Description

• Maintain accurate project data, monitor progress, and compile comprehensive reports using tools like Excel or project management software
• Organize and centralize project information to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and consistency for decision-making and reviews
• Act as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals
• Create professional presentations, meeting agendas, and summaries to effectively communicate updates and ensure productive meetings
• Draft, review, and organize contracts and key documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and secure storage

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.

Job Overview: Debate Trainer
We seek an experienced MUN trainer for elementary to high school students. Candidates must have a strong background in competitive MUN, proficiency in formats like THIMUN or NMUN, and expertise in teaching English programs (e.g., MOE syllabus, SATS, IELTS, TOEFL).

PROGRAMME DETAILS

• Description: You will conduct Model United Nations classes weekly (or as instructed)
• Dates:

Feb: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Mar: 5th, 12th, 26th

Apr: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

May: 7th,14th,21st

July: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Sep: 11th (Final)

• Sessions: 20
• School Location: Central
• Timing: 1400 - 1600 (2 hours for standard session; Final session is 6 hours)
• Honorarium: $50/h

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct engaging training sessions for students based on the curriculum developed by TGCEG.
• Provide feedback on student’s performance and behaviour periodically.
• Execute classroom management for small group lessons.
• Tailor teaching methods and content to accommodate the diverse learning needs and interests of students.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MOE-IRS certified instructor
• 2 year's experience in MUN training/facilitating
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and able to work independently.
