• At least 2 years of experience in field servicing and semiconductor industry.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Assembly of higher end products which require self-interpretation and understanding of technical drawing, assembly requirements, which also includes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
2. Electrical wiring and soldering for installation and assembling of mechanical and sub-assembly level components.
3. Troubleshooting of machinery, servicing and maintenance.
4. Perform testing and commissioning of machines and testers.
5. Providing smooth and continuous running and support on machines and projects.
6. To provide rework or make call for the required rework processes.
7. Providing guidance to the team of operators.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred to have Secondary / NTC / Diploma in engineering field or equivalent.
• Fresh NTC / Diploma holder may be considered, else others with minimum 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.

The role

This is primarily an IT Support Officer role with additional responsibilities for office matters. The role will be mainly responsible for providing Level 1 IT support, ensuring smooth technical operations, and promptly addressing user issues. Additionally, this role includes overseeing office-related matters and supporting business operations as needed.

Time split for duties:

• Help Desk Duties 8.00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Office Duties 2:30 PM – 5.00 PM

Office Manager (Secondary Role) daily 2:30pm to 5:00pm:

• Oversee office maintenance and supplies
• Coordinate logistics, including local couriers and hotel accommodations
• Helping office events and gatherings
• Assist with data entry, document stamping, and sending out general emails.
• Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and report preparation.
