We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us for 6 months as a Multi-Asset Trader - Fixed Income Specialist.

Responsibilities

Execute trade orders placed by portfolio managers, and acting as the pre-trade broker liaison.

- Execute trades executions on Fixed Income and FX

o Conventional Government and Corporate bonds

o Sukuk Government and Corporate bonds

o Listed and OTC derivatives

o FX spot, forward, swap

- Setting and following high standards of conduct complying with MAS rules and principles and firm’s policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

· Execute trade orders in a quick and reliable manner, using appropriate tools, electronic platforms, and direct market access if needed and/or available and follow up on completion of trade orders.

· Comply with the dealing desk procedure in terms of orders transmission, execution and fair allocation.

· Comply with the brokers’ policy and allocation as defined by the broker review committee, and report brokers’ performance and dealing activities.

· Acting always under the principle of best executions, including negotiation of the commission paid when it is applicable.

· Access and analyse financial market data and information to provide fund managers with relevant market information, such as price analysis, market positioning, central banks interventions.

· Ensure coordination with Amundi’s trading desks when necessary to achieve best execution and protect the best interests of the portfolios.

· Apply risk management policies and implement best practices controls at transaction level, and communicate reportable events and take actions.

· Liaise with the middle office to ensure that the confirmation process is running smoothly and taking every action in order to sort out any discrepancy

· Report any issue on the quality of processing through constantly interacting with IT team regarding Medi@+, OMS (reporting problems, suggesting any improvements, etc.), and all the applications used

· Identify and comply with legislative, regulatory and industry requirements. Where appropriate seek guidance from management of compliance.

· Keep abreast of changes of relevant laws and regulations and understand its implications (portfolios, constraints, internal procedures)

Experience and Requirements

Mandatory

· Strong experience in Asian bonds trading (5 years exp)

· Knowledge of products and counterparties

· Team player

· Strong experience with trading platforms, and e-trading solutions

· Discipline and accuracy

· Communication skills to liaise up with the portfolio managers and the counterparties

Optional

· Experience of equity and Equity derivatives as a trader will be a plus

Others

· Working knowledge of trade-related activities in Investment Trust Management and Discretionary Investment Management business including the legal and regulation requirement,

· Adaptability and quick response are required

· Internet, MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Bloomberg

· Order Management Systems (OMS)

· Electronic trading platforms (Bloomberg EMSX & TSOX, FXall, MarketAxess. Tradeweb)

A detail-oriented and proactive Sales Contract Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. This role involves administration of client orders, resolving queries between Sales and Finance, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process quotes and orders, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor order statuses to ensure timely closure and provide regular updates to sales
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit Control, Revenue Operations and Billing to streamline processes and resolve issues
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of orders from Sales to Billing
• Track contract timelines to ensure timely renewals or follow-ups
• Continuously assess contract workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales order and contract management to drive compliance and consistency
• Act as the key point of contact for routine internal inquiries
• Maintain and update account records using Salesforce and other system requirements.
• Assist in resolving concerns in a timely manner and escalate issues only when necessary
• Maintain accurate sales data from point of sales to invoice received
• Assist the Head of Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Generate and distribute sales activity reports, tracking data from the point of sale to invoice completion.
• Identify trends or inefficiencies in operations and propose process improvements
• Track and report on contract-related KPIs, such as average contract turnaround time, accuracy rates, and revenue impact from contract changes

What you’ll bring to us:

• 2+ years in sales support, administrative roles preferably in the technology or finance industry
• Experience or knowledge of Billing processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP finance systems (knowledge in Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus)
• Exceptional organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent experience is preferred
