• Experience in management of building services and project management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in building maintenance and operations works in compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory and current code of practices.
• Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings;
• Conversant in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. 3D perspective drawing software (BIM) will be an added advantage;
