Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder or with 1-2 years of experience in Crane & Lifting Industry.

• Strong knowledge on different types of cranes & workplace safety.

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and strong coordination skills.

• Effective communication & negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet datelines and schedules.

• To be able to work in fast paced environment and a team player.

• Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to liaise with our Chinese client and subcontractor, additional of third language is a plus.

• Possess Singapore class 3 driving license as site visit is required

Job Description

• Responsible for plant engineering design activities for power plant project including cable sizing calculation, cable routing, connection drawing, loop drawings, termination diagrams, etc.
• Work with 3D design team for 2D deliverables
• Provide technical support for project manager for project engineering milestone deliveries
• Support purchasing team for technical evaluation and price optimization
• Site inspection and clarification
• Change management
• Communication to integrate with project team of engineers and technicians for efficient deliveries

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of power plant engineering, prefer to have working experience in Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years working experience for Electrical composite plant project
• Familiar with relevant codes, international standards, Singapore local standards, client Design Specifications and procedures.
• procedures, and have a thorough working knowledge of the latest design and analytical techniques
• Familiar with cable interconnections, cable tray routing, cable tray support engineering design, equipment layout, installation materials, cable accessories selection, cable drum schedule, etc
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks and Autocad
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Collaborate with different parties for plant engineering coordination.

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of company products.
• Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification.
• Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details.
• Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in system and quality assurance.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Description:

• Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract language between original vs. revised.
• Other general support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with supplier for commit date, generate report, etc.
• Any other general task assigned by the purchasing & planning supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• No experience can apply as on-the-job training will be provided
• Min. 1 to 3 years' experience in purchasing and planning.
• Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines and has strong follow up skills.
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy.
