Responsibilities

• Generate design drawings under supervision of Lead Architect
• Take design brief and develop concepts and design intent
• Develop appropriate design solutions in close consultation with the Lead Architect
• Prepare and coordinate project information and its timely issue to the Client, Contractor and the project team
• Coordinate the activities of the design team
• Participate in design reviews
• Strong understanding of local building codes, technical standards and regulations
• Ensure designs are compliant with building regulations and planning constraints
• Participate in regular site visits when applicable to the project

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 15 Years of experience performing Architectural design work
• Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred

Our senior executive in Human Resources will provide day-to-day operational HR services to line managers for our Singapore manufacturing plant, on top of establishing and executing the learning and development processes and system. He/she will also partake in HRMS transition and data integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver training programs to equip line managers with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage performance matters.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and upskilling of the line managers on performance management best practices.
3. Collaborate with line managers to identify and document the essential competencies and key skills required for each job level, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
4. Partner with line managers to develop and implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) checklists that align with identified competencies.
5. Work closely with line managers to assess business manpower needs and develop strategies to fulfill those needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
6. Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Degree in Business Admin, preferably major in HRM
