   Conduct process safety drills and training sessions for staff.
   
6. Training and Development:Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel on process safety concepts and best practices.
   Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
   
7. Incident Investigation:Lead or support investigations into process-related incidents.
   Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.
   
8. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to ensure process safety is integrated into all activities.
   Provide technical guidance on process safety issues.
   

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in process safety (e.g., CCPS Process Safety Professional Certification, NEBOSH Process Safety Management) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in process safety engineering within the oil and gas industry, ideally with FPSO, refinery, or petrochemical exposure.
• Proven track record of implementing process safety programs and conducting risk assessments.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of process safety management frameworks and standards (e.g., OSHA PSM, API, IEC 61508/61511).
• Proficiency in process hazard analysis tools such as PHAST, PHA-Pro, or BowTie XP.
• Familiarity with safety design concepts, such as flare systems, relief valves, and blowdown systems.
• Understanding of fire and gas detection systems, ESD, and SIL verification.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience working on offshore or FPSO projects.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the oil and gas sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.

• Survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.

• Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.

• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.

• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.

• To coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches.

• Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.

• To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition under the guidance of Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Land Surveying / Geomatics or its equivalent.

• Working knowledge of STAR*NET software.

• Preferably five (5) year(s) of post graduate working experience in civil and building projects.

• Good command of English and/or Mandarin.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.

• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.

• Able to provide design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.

• Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender

• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs

• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage

• Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team

• Assist QS manager and contracts manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.

• Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts

• Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers

• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by QS Manager / Contracts Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering

• 5-10 years’ experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project

• Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.

• Experience with LTA project is preferable.

POSITION : CADD ENGINEER

Pre-requisites :

• Certificate in Autocad and familiar with BIM is an advantage
• Familiar with design drawing (architectural/structural)
• Ability to do quantity take off
• Able to use CAD tools & 3D for design drawings including 3D models
• Design concepts, images and materials for project presentation
• Familiar with sketchup 3D and Vray Rendering
