To be responsible for all electrical and instrumentation equipment’s, troubleshoot and give solution to all the electrical & electronic related technical problems in the plant. Provide availability of plant 24/7 for shipment receiving, loading/unloading, packing plant, mixing plant and production activities.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Perform electrical work, preventive maintenance and repairs on all the plant/facilities/industrial related equipment’s

• Read and work from blueprints and drawings in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plant electrical equipment with or without supervision

• Install, adjust and maintain all electrical equipment, gauges and instruments

• Troubleshoot, evaluate and coordinate electrical needs, repairs and modifications

• Ensure that manufacturer’s standards of repair and maintenance are performed on all equipment

• Repair and troubleshoot circuits, wiring, motors, starters, controllers, pneumatic valves, sensors, mixing plant and etc.

• Clean, lubricate and paint all the M&E equipment’s and keep all work areas safe, clean and orderly

• Perform all the PM checklist and keep the maintenance records

• Be in-charge of electrical and instrumentation department, Issue Lock-out (LOTO) / work permit to other internal departments during maintenance and breakdown activities

• Plan and maintain required / most urgent spare parts at all times to minimize plant downtime

• Conduct risk assessment, to uphold and to adhere to all workplace safety regulations

• Calibrate testing instruments and install or repair equipment to prescribed specifications.

The Candidate should have:

As the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for anti-money laundering (AML) matters within LMAX Digital Broker Singapore. You will require an in depth knowledge of the Payments Services Act (PSA) and its application to firms offering DPT services to institutional clients. You will work closely with senior management, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and the implementation of effective AML controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for MAS, the local regulator and facilitate regulatory filings in accordance with local laws; and also, the point of contact for the day-to-day implementation and execution of Compliance policies related to the Singapore region.  You will also work in cooperation with the Group compliance team.

Position Summary

• Ensure that all inspections comply with construction standards, approved procedures and drawings, client specifications, as well as class rules, codes, and regulations (AWS D1.1)
• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for the PaxOcean Quality Assurance Department, prioritizing all structural quality-related issues and any additional responsibilities assigned by the QA Head.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the QA Department and production teams to enhance quality execution through improved coordination.

Tasks and Responsibility

• Perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and duly meets the project-specific Quality Requirements.
• Verify in-process inspection, final inspection, and welding.
• Carry out Welding control and inspection.
• Record results of inspections and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications.
• Administer RFI requests to Clients and 3rd parties and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP.
• Raise Non-conformance reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on the status of rework and close-out.
• Review all NDT reports and approval.
• Generate weekly weld rejection rate summary and weekly welder performance.
• Witness all testing activities as required by the approved Inspection and Test plan.
• Monitor PWHT activities carried out as per approved procedure.
• Attend to all potential quality issues to prevent the occurrence of defects.
• Prepare Test Packs for Piping Hydrostatic testing.
• Prepare/compile the final punch list before delivery of the fabricated and assembled components.
• Follow up with other discipline HODs to get relevant documents as per the MDR Index for compiling.
• Progressive compilation of records for MDR (Final Dossiers).
• Coordinate with the client for review and approval of the MDR.
• Carry out surveillance activities during project execution.

Job Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders.
• Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals
• Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Works closely with all stakeholders include procurement teams to support timely contract price adjustment
• Ensures all POs and WOs and payments flow from procurement & subcontractor team into the Project Cost Code system
• Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary
• Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
• Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing

Requirements:
