We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Architect to join our esteemed team. As the Network Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and successful implementation of critical network infrastructure projects. Your technical expertise and leadership will be pivotal in ensuring our network solutions align with business goals and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, network engineers, system architects, and customer business leaders, to design and develop robust network architectures that meet project requirements and business objectives.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components, good knowledge of system and security technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components to make informed decisions regarding equipment selection, network design and integration.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiating scope of work and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting activities to validate network functionality, performance, and security, resolving teething issues that arise during design and integration phases.
• Custodian of the documentation of network design, planning and configurations to ensure the technical sustainability for the sector assigned.
• Work with network presales consultants to develop detailed and customized technical proposals for tech refresh, add-on, or variation orders, clearly outlining the benefits, features, and value of the proposed network solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation such as automation to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• CCNP certification is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in network design and implementation.
• CISSP and CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification are considered significant advantage, showcasing exceptional expertise in complex network environments.
• Proven experience as a Network Architect or in a similar role, leading successful network projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components.
• Good knowledge of system and security technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components
• Solid experience in vendor management, scope of work negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
• Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
• Able to perform the role of Project Lead for projects.
• Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents.
• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.

Requirements:

• Preferably with good knowledge and hands on experience in the following areas:

- Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation.
- System integration and implementation project lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting and problem identification.
- Support of applications and IT infrastructures.
- LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco/Alcatel router, Enterprise/DC switches, WLC.
- Network Security Solutions: Fortinet, Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, Cisco ESA, Cisco WSA, Cisco SMA.
- Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Alcatel Omni-Vista.
- Network Appliances based: Infoblox DNS/DHCP, F5 LTM/GTM, A10 LTM.

• Preferably with Cisco certification, Alcatel certification, F5 LTM & Network Security products.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation.
