• Reporting to Project Associate/Director on all matters pertaining to design, technical and building code issues.
• Assist in documentation during Conceptual & Detail Design Development stage.
• CAD or manual drafting of sketch drawings.
• Understanding & applying Building Regulations as directed by the Project Associate/ Architect.
• Liaising with Consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.
• Attending Consultants/Site Meetings on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.
• Works and coordinates with fellow team members on collective assignments.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 11am to 8pm/ Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm

You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Commercial Solutions Development teams to create new ways of working with our agency partners to grow revenue for our portfolio of advertising products and services.

Your role:

• You must have extensive network of agency contacts and years of account servicing or sales experience working for/with agencies
• Nurture strong agency relationships to discover new ad revenue streams
• Partner with the agency's investment, planning, strategy, creative, and digital leads to assess client goals; and develop strategies that deliver pre-determined goals by leveraging Welovesupermom’s full portfolio of solution capabilities and assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Revenue Growth on RFP strategy and response to briefs
• Reviews clients’ advertising plans with the Revenue Growth for delivery and fulfilment
• Reviews fulfillments done by Revenue Growth team to ensure the strategy and objectives are met prior to submission to the client.
• Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
• Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
• Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.
• Proactively recommend strategies to Supermom top management to better engage and grow revenue from media agencies
• Discover creative solutions to day to day portfolio level challenges
• Create new portfolio level opportunities
• Create presentation materials and deliver for internal and external meeting

Requirements:

• At least 10+ years of media agency experience
• Extensive networks and contacts in FMCG and media agency industry
• Able to network and entertain clients to build relationships
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with acute business sense
• Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good understanding of how agencies measure performance with relevant KPIs
• Good understanding of how agencies evaluate vendors and partners

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.
