Salary: $2500 (Inclusive of Basic + Allowances)

• Handling general Accounting Tasks
• Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
• Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
• Workers dormitory arrangement.
• Coordinate with training & Development.
• Administer leave / MC records.
• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.

Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision

· Understanding Company Products and doing Market Research to identify specific target groups and implement niche marketing strategies

· Grow the social media community

· Implement and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy

· Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)

· Copywriting and copy editing - Both internal and external marketing materials

· Create and execute highly engaging, Skills and experience in creative content writing

· Cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)

· Manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content

· Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline

· Simple research work

· Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

1.Manage store Inventory & handle sales cash.

2.Receive ,distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stock at all times.

3.Maintain optimal stock levels.

4.Maintain stock and consumption records.

5.Check incoming materials for quality against invoices,purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.

6.Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against eash invoice.

7.Keeps and updates records of good received and issued.

8.Complies report of expenditure,and monthly stock report.

9.Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

Able to work independently with minimum of 2 years in manufacturing plants

Perform defects rectification, overhauling and repairing of electrical equipment

Production Control anf managment a team of Leadres and Operators to achieve quantity and qaulity targets.
