Job Summary:
Day: Monday - Friday
Timing: 7.30am -5pm
Location: CCL - Labrador Tower (3 mins walk from Labrador Park Mrt)
Salary: up to $1700

Job Scope:

• Sorting and dispatching of designated Incoming and Outgoing Mails.
• Stock checking for supplies including printing papers, stationaries and pantry supplies
• Liaising with third parties in deliveries of office supplies.
• Processing regular mails and registered mails to be posted.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment in mailroom
• Handle and process requests for staff name cards
• Escort supplier to top up stores and paper supplies, and contractors/vendors technician within the office for respective works.

Job Requirement:

• Min O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills
• Mature and able to work independently
• IT skills including use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of customer service
• Able to handle administrative tasks
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in an office environment performing administrative duties
• Working experience in mailroom functions and/or front desk would be an advantage

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, maintenance of blower systems and electrical/electronic control systems.
• Require travelling within Singapore.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum ITE graduate with 1 year experience or without any working experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronic & Computer Engineering field are welcome to apply
• Having own transport will be advantageous but not compulsory.
• Hard worker and able to adapt and learn fast.
