Job scope

Preparation and submission of Mechanical tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.

Taking charge on Mechanical QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.

Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultant, attend site visit and tender briefings/meetings.

Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, review of tender drawings for any discrepancies and any other relevant document.

JOB SCOPE

• Be responsible for the food production following the flow from when it gets delivered to the guest plate; be in control of the step by step preparation.

Job Description

• Working hours from 5.30 to 10.30 pm
• Provide support technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Deployment, maintenance, upgrading, and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.)
• Windows OS, AD, Office 365 configuration and administration, patching & file server management
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• IT asset management and other ad-hoc duties will be assigned as and when needed
• Knowledge of Freshwork will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, and Office 365, with basic IT network skillset.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from an SI environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent customer management skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management and technical operations of the marine fleet
• Attending to vessels docking, repairs of the marine high speed engine and class surveys when required and supervise the contractors' maintenance works
• Handle the daily operation of the port limit bunker barges
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth implementation and compliance of the safety
• Any ad-hoc duties as required

About the job

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee, support, and maintain the MES model, including products, routes, operations, and lot movements.
• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve assigned Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications and components.
• Provide 24/7 Level 2 & 3 support to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
• Collect requirements, design, develop, and deploy new versions of CIM applications.
• Document requirements and manage enhancements in the assigned area.
