Summary

• Responsible for the technical management / aspect of the assigned vessel.

Job Description

• Operate and maintain the ship's marine equipment safely, economically, and efficiently in accordance with customer contracts/Charter Party, within approved budgets, to the satisfaction of both owners and their clients.
• Serve as the onshore contact point for the Vessels in day-to-day operations related to technical management and mobilization activities.
• Maintain contact with the owner in daily operations, as defined and agreed with the Marine Manager.
• Ensure that Statutory and Classification surveys for all plant and equipment on the vessels are carried out.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent technical/operational non-conformities that may lead to downtime.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMS maintenance system by providing proactive feedback to the Fleet Manager and Marine Manager.
• Monitor and follow up on the vessel’s technical performance and defined KPIs.
• Take immediate actions to adjust and improve performance in case of non-conformities or when deviations are observed/reported.
• Follow up and ensure corrective actions are implemented in case of technical-related incidents and non-conformities.
• Analyze breakdowns and technical incidents and suggest experience transfers to the fleet.
• Report the vessel's technical status on a weekly basis to the Marine Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise ship repairs and dry-docking of vessels in cooperation with other stakeholders.
• In case of major breakdowns, arrange repairs, provide spares and service engineers, and supervise the repair work to ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• If insurance is involved, contact, inform, and follow up until settlement in coordination with the Fleet Manager and Marine Manager.
• Lead Vessel Condition Assessments.
• Participate in appraisals and selection of key personnel onboard the vessel.
• Comply with the requirements and report non-conformities.
• Actively cooperate with other disciplines within the fleet to optimize overall vessel and fleet performance.
• Be proactive and seek effective solutions for both the company and clients.
• Show a high degree of flexibility in ad hoc situations.
• Contribute actively to improving routines and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Sea time as Chief Engineer on an offshore vessel preferred.
• Experience in operations/technical scope for OSVs.
• Proven experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Sound knowledge in:
• - General vessel machinery, equipment, and systems.
• - Classification and statutory requirements.
• - Engine types, including Caterpillar, Cummins, Wartsila, and Niigata.

The QHSSE Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the company's Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) functions both on vessels and in the office. This role involves managing compliance with the Company's QHSSE Management System and adhering to industry best practices. A strong understanding of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC 2006, OVID/OVMSA, and ISO standards is required.

Job Scope

• Lead safety practices and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company's QHSSE management system on vessels, identify and address system or process gaps, and implement improvements.
• Prepare or update vessel-specific manuals as needed.
• Maintain QHSSE department documents and records, review shipboard month-end documentation submissions, risk assessments, and permits to work.
• Implement QHSSE programs and oversee QHSSE activities onboard.
• Conduct crew inductions and briefings, provide shipboard training and safety coaching, and monitor computer-based training to enhance safety awareness.

• Prepare the vessel and participate in shipboard audits and inspections (ISM, ISPS, MLC, OVID, CMID, OSVIS, HSE) conducted by external parties or clients.
• Address and close QHSSE related deficiencies or findings from flag or port state control and vessel audits or inspections by clients or external parties.
• Follow-up on client QHSSE requirements, including questionnaire submissions, attending meetings and workshops, preparing and implementing project-related management systems, bridging documents, HSE plans, and month-end statistical reporting.
• Assist with QHSSE service requisitions and invoice approvals.
• Support the marine superintendent in managing and completing QHSSE tasks on time.
• Designate as the Alternate Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Alternate Company Security Officer (CSO) and be a member of the shore-based emergency response team.
• Travel to vessels at ports, shipyards, and offshore locations for shipboard audits, inspections, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the QHSSE manager.

Job Summary: The Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy of an organization. This position plays a pivotal role in defining, planning, and overseeing the development of products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and align with the company's strategic goals. The Product Director typically reports to the Chief Product Officer or another executive leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
   Define and communicate product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
2. Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
   Use insights to inform product development and enhancement decisions.
3. Product Roadmap:Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap outlining short-term and long-term development plans.
   Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and market dynamics.
4. Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
   Create clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5. Product Development:Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to oversee the product development process.
   Ensure that the product is developed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
6. User Experience (UX) and Design:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
   Validate design decisions based on user feedback and usability testing.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance:Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and quality standards.
   Address and prioritize issues and defects.
8. Product Launch:Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts.
   Monitor product performance and gather user feedback after launch.
9. Performance Analysis:Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
   Continuously monitor KPIs and adapt the product strategy as necessary.
10. Stakeholder Communication:Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executive management, development teams, marketing, and sales.
    Provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) may be preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and improvements, is typically required.
3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the market, target audience, and industry trends relevant to the product.
4. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology, development processes, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Problem-Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address product challenges and make strategic decisions.

The Product Director is instrumental in driving the success of the organization's products, from concept to launch and beyond. They are responsible for shaping the product strategy, overseeing development, and optimizing performance to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning, executing, reporting, clearance of work and completion, up to incentivization of audit files;
• Manage a portfolio of clients including client’s expectations and deliverables, responsible for all client management services, act as a liaison between clients and engagement team;
• Involved in the budgeting process to prepare forecast billings and collections on a regular basis, ensure timely billing and collections

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy or related discipline and have obtained professional qualification;
• With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a public accounting firm;
• Possess good initiative, resourcefulness, and meticulous;
• Independent yet team player with strong analytical, project management, and time management skills;

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for both manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Test Design & Execution: Design, implement, and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring thorough test coverage across applications and systems.
• Automation: Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar, to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
• Performance & Load Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure that systems can handle high traffic and large volumes of data while maintaining reliability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with development teams to understand software requirements, features, and architecture, and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), collaborating with development teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving the testing process, tools, and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance, support, and training to help them develop their skills and improve team performance.
• Quality Assurance Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for test design, execution, and defect management to ensure consistent and high-quality results across the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience:5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  Strong experience in manual and automated testing of web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
  Proficient with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
  Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and how to integrate testing into those pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Negotiation:

• Review regular commercial contracts, including solar product sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, MOUs, and office leases.

Legal Research and Risk Prevention:

Key success criteria include the promotion and enforcement of Engineering risk policies and information security at all levels of the organization and across all technology platforms, and the efficient and timely coordination and review of the Engineering Division’s response to regulatory and client inquiries.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide clear and concise verbal and written advice to business and technology users on (1) understanding of relevant Engineering Risk policies and standards and (2) principles of security & controls as defined by the firm’s Technology Risk and Control Framework, and (3) adoption of secure and resilient solutions
• Build and maintain an understanding of global, regional and local regulatory requirements that have a technology impact, to conduct internal self-assessments and gap analyses to ensure compliance

• Infrastructure security knowledge in Windows Server, Desktop OS and applications, Unix/Linux OS, Storage, Networking hardware and protocols, Databases and Exchange Connectivity, Remote Access, Firewall and IDS/IPS technology, Voice and Audio Visual platforms, and experience in configuration and vulnerability management is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment as it relates to technology control and/or business continuity requirements
• Familiar with Risk Analysis and Risk Management methodologies
