Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a dynamic Associate Director to spearhead our sales-driven initiatives targeting the occupier audience within the commercial real estate sector across the Asia Pacific market. In this pivotal role, you will focus on strategic marketing activity, with a particular focus on bottom-of-the-funnel strategies to accelerate sales growth, enhance client conversion rates, and drive significant sales outcomes.
An Associate Director, Occupier Services, you will play a crucial role in crafting sales-focused marketing strategies that directly support our sales objectives and expand our market share.
What you will be doing:
- Formulate and execute marketing initiatives that align closely with sales goals, targeting occupier-focused business lines to boost revenue.
- Implement strategies to deepen client relationships and improve engagement, actively driving conversions and renewals through personalized marketing.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to empower sales teams, streamline client interactions, and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities between occupier and investor services, working hand-in-hand with sales teams to enhance client interactions and outcomes.
- Leverage analytics to gain insights into client behaviors, continuously refine sales strategies, and improve marketing effectiveness to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance brand presence, develop sector-specific approaches, and penetrate new markets across the Asia Pacific.

You are:
- Posseses extensive B2B marketing experience with a focus on developing and implementing sales-focused strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.
- Skilled in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms for sales enablement, including CRM systems, data analytics software, and knowledge management platforms.
- Proven ability to craft and execute bottom-of-the-funnel strategies that increase client conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Expertise in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, adept at customizing content to meet the diverse needs of key clients and target audiences.
- Proficient in managing complex projects and developing compelling proposals that align with business objectives.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and adjusting strategies to respond to changing market conditions.
