As an Account Executive, you'll join our growing APJ sales team to continue accelerating growth. You'll drive new business sales and collaborate with our global teams including our Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers. What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experienced in people and organization management (+5 years) in APJ market.

The App Ads and Gaming team empowers TikTok's global monetization (billion-dollar business) via efficiently delivering application ads on TikTok. Our mission is to push the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems and lead the innovations of TikTok's personalized online advertising. Key Responsibilities:

- Work on the development of a large-scale App Ads delivery system and improve its accuracy.
