JOB SCOPE

• Be responsible for the food production following the flow from when it gets delivered to the guest plate; be in control of the step by step preparation.
• Work closely with receiving and purchasing on a day to day operation controlling raw material quality standard.
• Ensure quality of food items according to the standards in place. It includes ensuring all food items are in perfect sanitary condition, applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice.
• Monitor the production of food items to ensure they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications. Adhere to all the standards of food presentation, production, and portioning controls.
• Be hand on in the timely pre-preparation before rush hours as well as for the next day “Mise en Place “requirement.

• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times and to instruct this to all pastry colleagues.
• Report to pastry management any maintenance defects using the correct and proper procedures.
• Provide accurate recipes with appropriate training to the line cooks enabling them to deliver consistent food product. Assist individuals with their job functions and on the job training when necessary to ensure optimum service to customers.
• Estimates food consumption to schedule purchases and requisition of raw materials. Minimize waste and spoilage to expenses in line with budget.
• Prepare efficient daily work list and train line cooks to produce mise en place with sense of priority and time management.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine providing all team members with a daily briefing to inform them of particular items, changes in procedures, new operating policies or information deemed to be of general interest.
• Attend all Sous chef meetings and pass on information to pastry colleagues.
• Ensures a cooperative and professional rapport is maintained with all external controls. Fosters and promotes a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
• Co-ordinate with main kitchen, culinary and butchery to ensure that there is sufficient supply of high quality mise en place for next shift.

We are currently looking for talented engineers that have a deep understanding of natural language processing and machine learning, especially ones with solid skills and experience of large language models, machine translation, and conversational AI.

- You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the intelligent customer service of TikTok shopping. About the job

Responsible for the NLP-related research and development, mainly including:

- Building the intent classifier in a full-stack manner by designing taxonomy, creating and managing high quality labeled data, training the best performed machine learning model (like Bert, GPT), and monitoring the online performance of the model.

- Building the prediction model by mapping the shopping journey of our users to chatbot actions, including suggesting common question-answers and transferring the user to human agent, with cutting-edge prediction models (like Boosting, deep CTR).

Job Description for Seatrium Digital IOT Field Service Technician

An IoT Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting IoT devices such as Facial Recognition (FR), smart cameras, sensors, network devices, industrial IoT sensors and equipment. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with both hardware and software components of IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure IoT devices, sensors, and networks according to stakeholder requirements.

• Perform system integrations, ensuring that devices is able to communicate with the yard central system.

• Ensure network connectivity ie routers, Access Points, wi-fi is properly established for IoT systems.

2) Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with IoT devices, networks, or platforms, both remotely and on-site.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of IoT devices and systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform firmware and software updates on devices as needed.

• Address and resolve connectivity issues, sensor malfunctions, and data reporting errors.

3) Customer Support:

• Provide technical support and training to stakeholder on how to use and maintain their IoT devices.

• Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns, either on-site or remotely, ensuring satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

• Assist with the integration of IoT systems into existing infrastructure and applications eg digital twin platform

4) Documentation:

• Maintain good records of all service activities, including installations, configurations, maintenance, and stakeholder interactions.

• Provide reports on system performance, usage patterns, and any potential improvements.

• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintenance schedules.

• Check on System upgrades and System Optimization from vendor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, cloud-based platforms, and networking protocols

• Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in identifying issues with hardware, software, or connectivity.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical issues and solutions to stakeholder clearly and concisely.

• Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network infrastructure, IP addresses, routers, and firewalls.

• Hands-on Skills: Comfortable working with hardware, including installation, wiring, and setup.

• Field Service: Safety- oriented, need to have interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders like P&M, Security, Ops teams to coordinate work task
