• Working Hours-Monday to Friday 1030am to 7pm | Saturday 9.30am to 1.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Evaluate, conduct root cause analysis and apply knowledge and solutions to complex food operations. Take initiative and build strategic and data driven plans to optimise plans.

- Programme Management: Manage food cross function projects and end user satisfaction with data driven analysis, insights and recommendations. Troubleshoot and systematically identify, change and develop programmes across cross-functional teams. Apply research and operational experience. Develop and create policies, guidelines and processes.

- Quality Control: Maintain, review and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring consistency with data driven measures.

- Food Operations Management & Audit: Oversee and optimise operations, food preparation, inventory, staffing, scheduling, regional coverage and maintenance.

- Resource Management: Manage and optimise budgets, procurements and resources based on current and future requirements.

- Food Safety: Partner with the safety team and ensure food safety regulations, sanitation, health codes and all related matters are handled promptly.

- Financial Management: Manage and optimise budgets, expenses and cost savings/investment measures that align with company optimisation principles.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with cross function stakeholders and programme participants. Apply feedback and programme enhancements to support programme objectives.

- Brand & Risk Management: Evolve the programme brand and mitigate risks or disruptions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in food science, nutrition, hospitality management, catering management, general business management, etc.

- Professional experience in relative food industries; catering service/vendor provider management and structure

- Strong leadership, management and coaching skills.

- Data driven. Applies analysis and insights with data and hospitality principles to drive forward programme goals.

- Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong risk and safety knowledge. Understands and applies relevant regulations.

- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project);

- Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

- Demonstrated experience in project management.

- 0-40% travel

Work you’ll do

• Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth.
• Be the go to person for ServiceNow Architecture. You should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of ServiceNow and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be ServiceNow advocates.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
