Your Skills and Talents:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on partnerships with corporate clients, event organizers, associations, tour operators, travel agencies, and airlines within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet personal and team targets.
• Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to stay competitive.

Client Relationship Management:

• Based on assigned portfolio, build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate procurement teams, meeting planners, incentive buyers, bookers, airlines, tour operators, and wholesalers.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients while retaining existing ones, ensuring long-term business relationships and repeat bookings.
• Promote the hotel through consistent sales activities, including face-to-face visits, entertainment, hotel tours, product presentations, and attending key networking events.
• Engage with guests from major event organizers staying at the hotel to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Resolve client issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive and lasting relationships.

Business Development:

• Prospect for new clients, manage incoming leads, and work diligently to close sales deals aligned with revenue targets.
• Identify low occupancy periods and develop targeted strategies to maximize room sales during these times.
• Provide recommendations to regain lost accounts and implement special programs to boost volume, occupancy, average rates, and overall revenue from these accounts.
• Develop a targeted prospect list to attract business from competitor hotels and increase market share.
• Continuously identify and source new business opportunities across all revenue-generating areas to maximize overall hotel revenue.

Account Management:

• Review and analyze account portfolio regularly, presenting performance analysis and forward action plans to sales leader.
• Monitor key accounts, bookers, and customers, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.

Sales Operations:

• Oversee the preparation and management of all sales contracts, proposals, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize room inventory and pricing strategies in alignment with market demand.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Banquet, Operations, Front Office) to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Participate actively in hotel meetings, contributing to the development of broader hotel strategies and initiatives.

Marketing and Promotional Activities:

• Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, online content, and campaigns aimed at driving business from target segments.
• Ensure all sales materials, presentations, and proposals reflect the hotel’s brand identity and messaging.
• Attend key sales and PR-related events to effectively promote the hotel.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and group details using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance sales processes and achieve better results.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and regularly update mailing lists and databases to support sales activities.

Other Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to the hotel's success.

Responsibility

• Analyze and handle Motor insurance claims within turnaround time
• Adopt proactive approach to evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims, while mitigating damages to achieve cost-effective claim outcomes
• Obtain reserving, settlement and payment authority in accordance with authority level
• Resolve claims settlement disputes using various mechanism such as arbitration and mediation (if any)
• Manage appeal process for rejected claims
• Detect potential fraudulent claims
• Manage customer communications on claims matter
• Conduct regular files review and reserve monitoring
• Exercise good claims management to achieve target claims result

Requirement

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically in Anti-Money Laundering or Compliance within private or retail banking. The Role

• Conduct risk-based reviews on selected profiles from previous STR assessments to ensure continued compliance with AML regulations.
