• Coordinate between transporter, production, warehouse and other internal customers
• Preparation of document for delivery/import/export
• Housekeeping and cleaning.
• Periodic stock checks to ensure proper inventory control.
• Issuing store receipt and delivery order.

Requirements​​​

• Secondary School Education
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in the warehouse, logistic environment
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

The incumbent is responsible to:

• Perform specimen reception, preparation, and packing of specimens
• Assist with telephone reception duties and ensure patients’ bills are accurate and correct
• Carry out specimen analysis, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the analysers and validation of results
• Able to troubleshoot and explain basic problems and escalate when required
• Knowledgeable on Quality Control (QC) (eg. Westgard, criteria, EQA) and verification of QC results and assist to troubleshoot issues
• Adhere to the department’s standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Assist in the supervision and guiding of junior staff
• Revise or write new SOP

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Relevant working experiences.
• To perform 3 rotating shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting processes – AP & AR process, journal entries, account reconciliation and internal tasks.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Support Finance and HR department on ad hoc matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units (sales, finance, HR, operations, compliance and other internal stakeholders) to drive and implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.
