* Scheduling, minuting and issuing various project meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner

* Provide regular and accurate reporting on the project progress, costs and quality

* Review and oversee the management of all P&C contracts and ensure that there are no major gaps or issues in providing the required P&C deliverables

* Monitoring and reviewing all P&C work instructions and variations ensuring that all information is accurate, recorded and follows the designated project approval process

Job Requirements:

* Electrical & Electronics Engineering qualification with minimum 12 -15 years relevant experience

* Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power system in the relevant field in the power & construction industry

* Minimum 10-12 years’ project management experience, including minimum of 8 years’ experience in Singapore.

* Contract administration experience

* Excellent overall knowledge of most P&C systems, Knowledge in innovative components introduce and handling.

* Knowledge in electrical power distribution, Smart DB’s, PLC / SCADA integration and smart components.

Accountant for Singapore is responsible for the full set accounting system and liaise closely with Finance Controller and report operationally to the Regional Manager and Operations Manager in Singapore.

• To provide a pro-active and efficient Accounts service to the local office.
• Adherence to and application of the Monthly Reporting Timetable, Finance Manual and Company Policies.
• Ensuring effective, comprehensive communication to Finance Controller so that effective management and control from a financial perspective in the Singapore Office can be maintained.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis reporting in coordination with Operations Manager & Regional Manager.
• Preparing, collating and reviewing reporting information required for the monthly management accounts. This will include assisting local engineering resource with their month end process.

• Monitoring and action of Debtor Ageing to ensure prompt settlement of issued invoices.
• Monitoring & Reporting of Capital Expenditure and Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Monthly Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Liaising with Company’s tax Agents and Head Office to provide information necessary for Company Tax calculation and to ensure that Head Office is fully aware of tax issues.
• Liaising with Company’s Auditors and Head Office as required to assist with the timely completion of the Statutory Audit and to ensure that Head Office can continually monitor the audit.
