1. Well interpretation on engineering drawings, documents and production routers.

2. Prepare CNC Program for Milling machine using Mastercam software.

3.Able to create setup sheet, tool list and process sheet.

4.Create CNC programs for horizontal and vertical operations. Eg. Fanuc Control

5.Design simple tools and fixture to assist the machining process.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine issues.

7. Monitor and improve production cycle time and cost.

8. Maintain the storage and archiving of all programs.

9. Great teamwork and collaboration to improve productivity and products quality.

10.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. NTC/Nitec or Diploma preferably in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Engineering discipline or equivalent
