Job Scope:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by applying troubleshooting skills and analyzing IT problems
• Perform routine system checks and updates to maintain peak performance
• Create and update workflow documentation, including detailed manuals and system process records
• Manage an inventory of IT assets and equipment
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and repair the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cabling
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new systems and applications
• Install and configure computer systems and software applications for the organization
• Provide end-user support through help desk services and deliver training when required
• Update and publish content on the SharePoint Intranet or other internal platforms

- Act as the primary point of contact for UPS OEMs and selected DC Key Accounts, collaborating internally to champion customers’ needs and drive outcomes.

- Create AOP for individual UPS OEMs together with HQ and regularly track progress.

- Actively pitch Hoppecke DC solutions to increase market awareness and acceptance.

- Provide prompt support to UPS OEMs or customers during project process.

Accounting Duties:

• Managing full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables.

• Handling intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation.
• Preparing and closing monthly and annual financial statements.
