As a Territory Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the market reach by building and maintaining customer relationships. You will also exceed the sales budget in a specified territory by managing existing clients and sourcing new business in providing Material Handling Solutions.

This will be a great opportunity to develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory. You will negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to close sales deals and provide product information, pricing and support to customers.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Sales Targets

• Achieve a minimum order intake per month in Territory Management Sales as set by the company.
• Meet the minimum KPI requirements set by the company.
• Achieve goals for rental net gain initiatives.

Territory Management

• Effectively manage a defined territory, including identifying new sales opportunities while managing an existing customer base.
• Develop a dedicated plan to maximize selling time and fully develop the territory's potential.
• Implement daily territory/time management plans with clear objectives for what needs to be achieved each day.
• Offer all of Crown’s goods and services.

Product Demonstrations

• Effectively execute a minimum number of product demonstrations per month in accordance with set KPIs.
• Ensure all demonstrations are carried out in a professional manner with minimal expense to the Company.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, which is a key deliverable, and understand the full product range.

Customer Enquiries

• Follow up on all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute a minimum KPI of at least 18 contact calls with customers per week. These calls should have a specific purpose and an "SSP" (Strategic Selling Plan).
• Manage and maintain open inquiries effectively on a daily/weekly basis.

Team Participation

• At regular intervals, you will be required to attend team functions and product training sessions. You may also be asked to assist and support fellow colleagues with inquiries and demonstrations.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, or if in a regional area, join via video conference.

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure that all prospective customers receive prompt, professional service when responding to inquiries, presenting proposals/solutions, and finalizing transactions upon delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with all existing and prospective clients to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Accounts Receivables

• Closely monitor customers’ Accounts Receivables (AR) and send updates as required.
• Engage with customers regarding any outstanding debts owed to the Company and assist in resolving them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of the vessel and safety guidelines.
• Maintain and upkeep the condition of the vessel.
• Comply with all MPA and statutory regulations at all time.
• Comply with company's (safety) guidelines and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid MPA Helmsman/Steersman/Engine Driver (Port Limit) Certificate.
• Well organised and punctual.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating crew boat.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Added advantage if have basic survival skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support:

• Online Coordination:
o Oversee/allocate the online orders between CK and outlets, based on order specifications and availability
o Ensure each order is correctly labelled with customized labelling which include the order number, outlet and product information
o Coordinate closely with the respective outlets and logistics, to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Customer Service:
o Respond to online customer inquiries professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates via email and calls.
o Address issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints and enhance the customer experience.
• Administrative Support:
o Assist in preparing sales reports, ensure timely submission of delivery orders/invoices to the Acct Dept for payment processing.
o Support the coordination of promotional campaigns and marketing activities, online and offline.
o Maintain and consolidate all DO and invoices for record keeping.

Requirement

Manpower Management:

1. Daily manpower deployment including managing exceptions due to unplanned leave to ensure no services are missed.
2. Review division capacity and plan ahead to maximize efficiency while minimizing travel time.
3. Managing Field Technician leave and claims
4. Managing Field Technician Report Card process, ensuring KPIs are tracked and achieved.
5. Support Field Technicians with troubleshooting app-related issues and address work-related queries.

7. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new Field Technicians to ensure they are well-prepared for deployment.

Service Management

1. Ensure customers are onboarded accurately based on the service scope stipulated in the contracts.
2. Develop long-term service plans to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue potential.
3. Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
4. Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
5. Ensure daily updates from Field Technicians due to service change requests are reflected in work orders.
6. Collaborate with other departments for complaints, complex set ups, quoting, renewal, service consolidation and survey requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
8. Attend Customer Meetings on operations matters as and when required (regular monthly meetings and ad hoc meetings)

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision.
4. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).
5. Diploma in business, logistics, or a relevant field experience.
6. Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is advantageous.

• Assist in preparing mise en place, including chopping, slicing, measuring ingredients and other routine tasks.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner.
