We are the first to provide pet owners in Singapore with an alternative form of cremation for their cherished pet companions after death. Through the process of Aqua Cremation, also known as Aquamation or Water-Cremation we return loved ones back to Mother Nature.

The Operations Executive will:
Handle all day-to-day operations of services.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction standards
- Provide all accurate, valid and complete information from handling/movement of deceased pets or clients
- Updating day to day ops / log of pets in facility
- Working within all code of conduct, policies, procedures and rules on the conduct expected from governing authorities or developed by the company
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintain positive attitude and calmly respond to clients/partners
- Maintain positive representation of company
- Day to day of all operational needs, from sanitising vehicles/laboratory/errands to day to day essentials
- Provide meaningful send-offs to the decedent on the final day and respect for both animals and clients
- Assist in all adhoc company work preparations, facility/funeral set-up, liaison with vendors/clients/authorities and logistics required from the customer journey beginning to end (bone/ashes return to client)
- Oblige to best of ability to accommodate specific requests by clients
- Provision of Company Vehicle (subject to year of service)
- Attractive and Flexible Part Time Arrangements (3 / 4 day work week) allowing candidates to juggle family and other jobs (Private Hire Drivers) with Fuel Allowance
Requirements:
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Basic Computer skills
- Share our passion for giving back to the community and promoting environmental sustainability
- Able to do work when required, with shift work, public holiday, & OT due to the nature of the industry with compensated off days/leaves.
- And of course, being an animal/pet lover is essential
- Driver's License 3/3A
