Responsibilities:

1) Pursue Excellence: Conduct cutting-edge research in advanced 3D modeling, SLAM, computer vision, and deep learning technologies, pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Requirements:

1) Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

2) Expertise: Demonstrate a strong foundation and proven R&D experience in 3D reconstruction, SLAM, computer vision, and deep learning technologies. Particularly, showcase expertise in deep learning-based 3D reconstruction and SLAM (e.g., NeRF). Preferred qualifications include publications in reputable journals or conferences.

3) Programming Skills: Proficient in C/C++ and Python programming languages.

4) Application Experience: Experience with applications on mobile phones, IoT platforms, or robot platforms is a plus.

5) Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

6) Personal Attributes: Be team-player, highly motivated, fast-learning, and self-confident.

History

Panasonic R&D Center Singapore (PRDCSG), formerly known as Panasonic Singapore Laboratories Pte Ltd (PSL), started as an Audio Video Information Research Center (AVIRC) under Asia Matsushita Electric (S) Pte Ltd (AMS), currently known as Panasonic Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (PA) in 1990.

In 1996, PSL was separated from AMS and incorporated as an independent research company directly under the corporate R&D arm of Panasonic Corporation, Japan.

In 2012, as part of Panasonic’s development strategy to streamline Panasonic’s current operations in the Asia Pacific region, and also part of Panasonic’s global strategy to accelerate group synergy, strengthen collective power and maximize customer value, PSL was amalgamated into PA and became a new business of PA, Panasonic R&D Center Singapore (PRDCSG). To date, PRDCSG has a headcount of approximately 100 and is a multicultural company of 11 different nationalities.

AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement AI R&D technology development to automotive systems

2) Develop and implement Deep Learning technology with Camera to automotive systems

3) Develop and implement learning data creation with CG technology

4) Develop and implement Global R&D operations

5) Plan and implement action plan

6) Generate reports and give presentations to local and Japan management

7) Coordinate and resolve technical and quality issues

Requirements:

2) Good knowledge and experience in technologies area related to automotive systems

• Experienced in the design of water treatment plants (desalination, potable water, recycle water), wastewater treatment plants (municipal and industrial) and membranes systems (MBR, MF/UF, Reverse Osmosis, Nano-Filtration, etc.)

• Review Client’s Requirement, Technical Specifications & Tender Specifications to generate engineering deliverables (General Specification & Particular Specifications, Datasheets, Major Equipment List, Pipe List, Mass Balance, Hydraulic Profiles, Process Flow Diagram, Process & Instrumentation Diagram, etc.)

• Assist the Engineering Manager on engagement with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, and others for the development of design, procurement, fabrication, construction, erection and commissioning works.

• Coordinate with inter-disciplines engineering team (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Automation, C&S, Piping & Systems/Skids Engineering and Drafting) on development of engineering deliverable on a timely basis.

• Reviewing and providing input to project schedule and ensure all planned dates and progress are realistic. Provide updates on engineering deliverables per schedules and implement catch-up actions where applicable.

• Procurement Services Support: Develop the applicable Equipment List/Package, Technical Specifications and Bill of Materials to support Procurement Department to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ). Assist to review the RFQ, prepare applicable technical & commercial clarifications with selected Sub-Contractors or Suppliers. Provide justification on the shortlisted Sub-Contractors or Suppliers for onward negotiations.

• Assist the Engineering Manager on the development of FAT, SAT, Pre-Commissioning, Start-up, Commissioning protocol and support the implementation.

• Development of Operational & Maintenance Manual.

• Assist the Engineering Manager to support project management team in project implementation related engineering, troubleshooting and maintenance requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to manage the installation and de-installation of events, exhibitions and permanent displays
• Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning & hand-over
• Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers
• Adhere to project budget & cost control measures and handle basic cost calculation
• Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
• Attend site meetings to take note of requirements
• Administer routine management reporting & updates
• Take ownership and be proactive on assigned tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in Events and Exhibition industry
• Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M and E preferred
• Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
• Time sensitive

.To meet customer shipment schedule-monitor the production status,have day-to -day production output and work-in -progress reports.

.Work closely with Procurement Team to follow-up material availability so as plan production date ,schdule and keep updating status weekly with deatail reports.

.determines project responsibilities by identifying project phasezs and elements,specifications ,and plan ,scheduling changes,and recommending actions.

.Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contracor contracts.

.Ability to handle multiple projects and provide weekly updaye status of each project .Attend regular meeting with customers and writing minutes of meeting .
