Database Administrator (SQL) – In this new role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS server, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. • Ensure that design complies with regulatory requirements
• Provide client with recommendations on materials and construction method that is in line with the design intent
• Work closely with Project Administrator to develop Sketchup model in accordance to exact specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that design intent is adhered to.
• Troubleshoot design problems, if any.
• Assist with ad hoc design changes, if any
• Conduct site inspection to check the completed work against the design intent.
• Understand and analyse design flaws and defect arising from design

Job Requirements

• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design
• Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit and Powerpoint
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years of experience (local or overseas)
