Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with Big 4 preferred

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to breakdown calls inside/ outside regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotation basis.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform on-the-spot repairs and/or check-over such as replacing batteries, fixing flat tires, jump-starting vehicles, addressing minor mechanical issues.
• Towing and Replacement Coordination: Arrange towing services and/or vehicle replacement when repairs cannot be completed on-site and ensure vehicles are transported to a designated repair facility.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used for billing and administrative purposes.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of repair procedures, estimated timelines, and costs involved.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs on-site, ensuring the work environment is safe for both the mechanic and customers.
• Vehicle Preventive Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rental vehicles to identify potential issues before they escalate into breakdowns.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors to ensure smooth coordination of breakdown responses.
• Availability: Maintain availability during scheduled on-call shifts and be prepared to respond to multiple breakdown calls efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve complex mechanical issues under pressure.
