Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to focus on external sales within the Sustainable Waste Management sector. This role will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the waste management industry. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at driving growth.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continuous satisfaction and optimal waste management solutions.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
