· Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.

· Experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in Singapore Construction Industry.

· Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model

· Facilitate the transfer of information on the file sharing exchange protocol

· Perform QAQC on modelled elements to ensure quality

· Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory

Requirements

· 3+ year's production experience in drafting or documentation and at least 2+ years of experience in BIM Coordination.

· In-dept knowledge of working on Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Docs file management, and any ICE meeting software like VRcollab, Enscape or Revizto etc.

· Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must have a professional appearance

· Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals

· Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

· Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others

· Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM
