Job Description

To keep track and monitor the project finances as well as build and maintain contractual relationship between clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders etc and ensure that the financial position of the project is accurately reported effectively controlled.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and reviewing of Contract Administration
• Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
• Handle and closing of tender for submission
• Monitor, prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders
• Review construction sub-contractors between company and sub-contractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures
• Verifies As-Build drawings against actual completed work before submission to the client
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full time role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Sin Ming Ln. Our clients are doing Engine Servicing, Alternator Servicing, Control Panel Supply and Installation. You will be responsible for repairing and servicing various equipment and engines (Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Man, Caterpillar, and Deutz) as scheduled by the Service Manager. The individual will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic circuits, including generators and control panels, and identify necessary parts for quotations. Testing and commissioning of engines and generators are also required. They should be able to read electrical and electronic drawings and conduct equipment surveys to determine the scope of repairs or services needed. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and repairing engine wiring harnesses and alternator wirings, constructing or modifying control panels (AC/DC) for engines and generators, and maintaining machinery, tools, and the service area.
