As the Client Engagement Executive at New Hope Community Services, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in our community. This position is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our shelter / programme, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents / clients are prioritised. Additionally, you will contribute to refining decision-making processes and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness within the shelter / programme. The Client Engagement Executive works collaboratively with our dedicated cross-functional teams, community partners, and stakeholders, to be a Beacon of New Hope to the displaced and disadvantaged in our community.

2. Key Responsibilities

Client Supervision

• Provide administrative and operational support in overall Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) Programme operations. Ensure smooth running of SRSF Programme operations and oversee daily SRSF Programme operational issues and statistical collection.
• Handle day-to-day general queries from SRSF Programme residents.
• Assist in the admission and orientation of new SRSF Programme residents.
• Issue warning letters to residents for non-compliance with SRSF Programme regulations.
• Make recommendations for the discharge of residents to the Discharge Committee.

Conflict Management

• Manage moderate to significant disputes that may occur between co-living residents.
• Respond to incidents within rental units, such as de-escalating crisis situations and notify the Management / Housing and Development Board (HDB).

Workplace Safety and Health

• Support in maintaining the security, health, and safety of the SRSF Programme environment and liaise with external parties during emergencies (E.g., CNB, Police, Ambulance, etc.); upon discovery of illegal activities in the SRSF Programme, take immediate measures including notifying the police to stop such activities from continuing.
• Liaise with external parties for maintenance of SRSF Programme premises (E.g., Pest Control, Cleaning Services, etc.)
• Enforce SRSF Programme rules and conduct inspections for compliance with SRSF Programme rules.
• Develop, implement, and improve processes and effectiveness of incident management within the SRSF Programme environment, including adequate training of staff to handle incidents that may occur.

Stakeholder Management

• Responsible for building community partnerships including working with partners from Social Service Agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning Corporations, Statutory Boards, etc.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies, corporate partners, as well as individuals.
• Support in community and corporate engagement activities / events for community organisations.
• Support in volunteer activities relating to community and corporate engagement activities / events.

Administrative

• Maintain records of the distribution of rations / assistance to SRSF Programme residents, including an inventory of in-kind donations.
• Ensure collection of SRSF Programme fees by the first week of the month.
• Support the maintenance and update of Operation SOP Manual (including urine test, etc.)
• Collect statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the SRSF Programme.
• Implement information / data management system for effective collection and maintenance of client and operational data.
• Verify statistical collation and review information management system.

Others

• Any other related duties in New Hope CS as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Events Planning and Logistics Management

As the lead for events execution within SPTel, you will need to work closely with content owners to achieve successful and cost-effective events, with close tracking of timeline and deliverables to achieve measurable outcomes such as improving awareness, customer satisfaction scores and increasing lead opportunities for SPTel. You will also be trained to perform product demonstrations for events.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient planning of customer gifting and appreciation events. Success will be measured by the entire event experience of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead event marketing – A dynamic strategy that involves promoting products, services, or brands through carefully planned and executed events. It goes beyond traditional marketing methods by creating immersive experiences, content that engage and captivate audiences.
• Plan, propose, project manage and deliver events/tradeshows/workshops that can help SPTel reach out to and engage with our target audiences.
• Own, lead, plan, project manage, operate and execute to deliver a successful outcome with good customer experience and survey result ( NPS score and Brand survey) for all internal and external customer onsite and online events, webinar, conferences, seminar, tradeshow and Demonstrations in Singapore and regional.
• Lead, curate and produce speech, content and customers engagement activities, presentations, demonstrations together with external vendors and partners, customers and key stakeholders from cross functional teams in SPTel, ST Engineering and Singapore Power Groups.
• Lead and own the customer experience for SPTel's Innovation Hub/lab and InnoSuite and, customer networking, nurturing and retention events and Giftings.
• Responsible for sourcing for and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
• Support for promotional activities for the event
• Preparing and managing project budgets
• Prepare post activity reports and analyze success/failure for future improvements
• Follow up on leads generated from events to achieve marketing ROMI targets

The main role of Architectural Designer is to design and supervise Data Center projects (fit-out, brown field, green field). Architecturally the design shall be neat but still practical and functional. Additionally,
due to the nature of facility as Data Center, M&E is the key component of the building and Architectural and Structural elements need to be well coordinated with M&E. Therefore, skills to coordination and collaboration with M&E designers are essential. It is also necessary to coordinate with project stakeholders to complete project on time and deliver Data Centers with sufficient quality and within budget.

Job scope

• Perform Architectural consultancy works locally and internationally.
  (For some projects, Architectural Consultant will work together)
• Work closely with Client, Local consultants, PM, Constructors, Suppliers, Quantity surveyor based on the knowledge and experience of Architectural and Structural design.
• Assist Mechanical and Electrical designer from Architectural and Structural design point of view and do space coordination with M&E designers / engineers.
• Pre-sales / Pre-tender phase works will include:Conduct site survey
  Prepare proposal / presentation material for submission / tender interview
  Prepare supplemental material (SPEC, DWG) for quotation, review BoQ (Material and quantity)
  Conduct technical review and propose value engineering

• To perform concept & schematic design:

1. Detail design development (drawings and specifications)

2. Shop drawing preparation (with drafter), coordination and obtain approval from client or local consultant

5. Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As built DWG)

• Work closely with local consultants for Authority submissions (Architectural QP) and Structural PE endorsement (Structural PE)
• Design review of other employee’s Architectural design
• Guide and lead the Drafters for proper and high quality drawings
• Constantly learn latest DC technologies, green technologies and study applying to design
• Conduct internal training with engineering team for knowledge sharing to other employees.
• Summarize lessons learned from each project and contribute to design process improvement

Responsibilities:

• Perform medication reconciliation & review, and ensure the appropriateness of patient drug therapy.
• Dispense medications and give appropriate counselling to patients and caregivers.
