Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist with processing and organizing vendor invoices.
• Help track and maintain records of payments due.
• Support the preparation of payment batches for approval.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Assist in preparing and sending customer invoices.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Research and identify new prospects and sales opportunities within the PHV leasing market.
• Proactively generate leads using creative outreach methods, direct outdoor channels, and strategic follow-ups, including setting appointments.
• Connect with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our tailored offerings.
• Drive the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to after-sales service.
• Understand and respond to customer needs with relevant, value-driven solutions.
• Build long-lasting and trusting relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

About the role

What you'll be doing : You will be executing the following tasks for Sprint-Cass Group of Companies.

• Responsible for inter-company recoverable expenses
• Performing Cash & Credit receipt in Accounts Receivable
• Performing reconciliation for POS, Bank, E-Commerce, Intercompany and Supplier transactions
• Verifying and input all vendor invoices and staff claims into the accounting system.
• Processing of monthly e-payments and ensure accuracy
• Performing Consignment Supplier settlement
• Performing Sales Submission to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong Airport systems
• Managing weekly cash flow
• Preparing and submission of GST workings
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Providing support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related queries
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant/Executive role with full sets, preferably within the Retail/Distribution industry
• LCCI Diploma in accounting or other professional certificate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, while also taking on the role of Office Coordinator. This hybrid role will provide critical administrative support to the leadership team while ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to CEO/COO:

• Calendar & Schedule Management - Manage and organize complex calendars for the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Meeting & Event Coordination - Manage all logistics related to meetings, including location, catering, AV equipment, and meeting agendas.
• Travel Coordination - Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and COO, ensuring all arrangements align with company policies and are cost-effective.
• Expense reconciliation - Prepare and submit expense reports for travel and other business-related expenditures.
• Communication & Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, COO, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Project Assistance - Assist in planning and executing internal projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Office Coordinator:

• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and staff, including organizing files, managing data, and preparing reports.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role, ideally supporting senior executives (CEO/COO).
• Experience managing travel and complex calendars for senior executives.

• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

As a Vet Technician, you will be responsible for assisting consults, surgeries, providing medical care and treatment, attending to furry patients on a GP level, and ensuring the well-being of animals. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver veterinary care to our furry clients.
