Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain our organization's end user devices and software applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and offering guidance on the use of technology tools.
• Provide timely and effective administrative support for administrative tasks and reconciliation of billing and financial reporting for general operations.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, network diagrams, software licenses, and technical documentation. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist in the procurement process for IT equipment, software licenses, and technology services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and assess their potential impact on our organization. Make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies or improvements to existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on technology best practices, security awareness, and efficient use of software applications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science or any other related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in IT systems and administrative works
• Meticulous and analytical

Role & Responsibilities

· Identify and assess individual therapy needs of clients using appropriate assessment tools and assessment forms.

· Facilitate development of appropriate and effective tools for identification, assessment, intervention.

· Formulate and implement individual/group therapy programmes for clients with speech and language disorder, social communication difficulties, dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc.

· Provide intervention for clients on a one-to-one basis, group, class, work experience or special setting based on the needs of the students.

· Evaluate and document clients' therapy needs and progress regularly, and review the effectiveness of the intervention.

· Provide consultation and update clients’ status to relevant staff members and caregivers.

· Work in collaboration with teaching/non-teaching staff and family/caregivers for the effective enhancement of services.

· Provide written report, case notes about the assessments that have been undertaken and possible speech and language therapy recommendations.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Speech & Language Pathology/Speech Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore

· Minimum 3 years’ speech language pathology experience or prior working experience in a special education setting will be an added advantage

· Knowledge and experience in working with children with special needs and a wide range of disabilities.

· Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced work environment

· Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

· High standard of report writing

· Able to work on Saturdays

• Responsible for the overall security for collecting information systems, investigates and reports any suspected and confirmed security violations.
