Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of Singapore gene business line, establish and optimize the process and process of primer order, stabilize and continuously improve the level of service and product delivery
• Train talents and improve the training system and SOP of primer production line in Singapore
• Be responsible for 5S, safety and equipment maintenance of primer laboratory
• Formulate post work plan, track the completion of work progress, and deliver in time to effectively connect upstream and downstream posts
• Be responsible for the test and optimization of primer MES system, record the experimental process and experimental result data in a standardized manner, and ensure the authenticity and traceability of the data
• Participate in the construction of automatic production line and improve work efficiency
• Participate in some operations of gene synthesis and complete temporary key tasks assigned by superior leaders

Qualifications

• Possess certain biological or chemical experiment skills, and be able to skillfully operate automatic shift workstation, enzyme labelling apparatus, centrifuge, electrophoresis apparatus, gel imager and other equipment, and understand its basic principle.
• Good communication and cooperation skills, analysis and problem solving skills
• More than 4 years working experience in primer synthesis, understand the overall process of primer synthesis, and be familiar with the central control standards of each link
• Proficient in office and various professional related software
• Familiar with gene synthesis process and basic knowledge, 5S management
• Be able to carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and process optimization of primer synthesis equipment
