Studio Kinu is a pet-friendly family photo studio in Singapore. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and outgoing family photographer to join our team! You will need to be comfortable around pets and children of all ages as you will need to interact with them during sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Photographing families in both studio and outdoor environment
2. Photographing secondary genres that we are in – weddings, events, products/foods and commercial works
3. Photo/Video Assistant
4. Create social media postings with a mix of short videos and images
5. Conceptualising shoots / pre-production
6. Client communication
7. Studio Equipment Management
8. Culling, editing, and delivering photos

• Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, build relationships, and explore partnership opportunities.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

Role:

• Assist the Senior Technical Manager in overseeing the technical operations of a fleet of tankers.
• Manage daily maintenance and repair activities, budget survey schedules, and docking operations.
• Maintain updated records of class status and coordinate with Classification Societies, Suppliers, and Contractors for daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
• Monitor, coordinate, and attend vessel inspections by oil majors, statutory surveys, and follow up on related matters.
• Conduct and report on incident/accident investigations.

Requirements:

• Sea-going experience as a Marine Engineer on Chemical and Oil Tankers and atleast 2 years of shore experience as technical superintendent or fleet manager.
• MOT Engineer Certification (Class 1).
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice as needed.

• Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Managing client relationships and serving as a liaison between designers, inter-department, vendors and clients
• Providing feedback on design ideas to improve upon or identifying potential problems that could be resolved in advance.
• Establishing and maintaining design standards of the company.
• Reviewing design for accuracy and appropriateness, identifying problems with them, and suggesting changes and implement solutions
• Deciding on the layout for publications or product designs and choosing visuals like photographs, artwork, graphics and designs
• Report the progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
• Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Business, Art/Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing or above.
• Experience in commercial space is a MUST.
• Demonstrate account cultivation and leads generation regionally.
• Driven to consistently meet and exceed goals set by management.
• PC skills and knowledge of windows esp. MS. Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with all level of people regionally.
• Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new challenges.
