Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading and delivering items to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's licence.

• Assist in sorting, repacking and labelling of goods at the warehouse.

• Produce video content for marketing campaigns and social media
• Organize, plan & assist in photoshoots
• Follow specific directions and execute creative according to specific photography/videography styles and guidelines
• Working with the marketing team, actively involved in brainstorming content creation, presentations of concepts, and research on trends and directions.
• Involve in the post-edit process, filming, and pre-planning stages
• Design and produce graphics for marketing collaterals including flyers, signage, email, social, and web

Requirements

• Graphic design, video production, related diploma or degree is preferred
• Proficient in photography/videography techniques, including lighting, audio/video editing, graphic design
• A keen eye for composition and the ability to imagine how photos/videos will be used across different media platforms
• Initiative to learn, propose new ideas, explorative creativity drive, and ability to produce creative concepts and ideas would be a huge plus point
• Design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro - or - Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while delivering quality results

What does it take to become a Civican?

Civica is looking for Administrative Executives to be part of the Project Team for a 1-month contract to perform administrative and data entry duties. As an Administrative Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required. Contractual period is strictly from 3 Jul 2024 – 31 Jul 2024.

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.

• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues if any

• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning

• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed

• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance

• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors

• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line

• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab

• At least 5 years working experience

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
