What you’ll do

• Develop Edge/Embedded application frameworks, including authentication, encryption, zero-trust environment, firmware management, digital signing, and tamper detection techniques.
• Develop Edge/Embedded machine learning-based cybersecurity application frameworks, including authentication, tamper detection, anomaly detection, and intrusion detection.
• Implement developed algorithms and services on various embedded platforms, including MCUs and microprocessors running on standalone stacks and embedded Linux.
• Create support libraries and application examples for IoT solutions.
• Implement MicroSec’s security solutions on embedded systems and optimizing them.
• Integrate security solutions across various architectures and brands of IoT systems.
• Provide engineering support for key testing activities, including laboratory and field testing.
• Work within an agile team spanning embedded, frontend, and backend systems.
• Engage in opportunities to expand your knowledge beyond your current expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, understand requirements, and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements, develop and propose tailored technical solutions that align with their business goals, and demonstrate the features and value proposition of our products/services.
• Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, both onsite and remotely, highlighting the technical capabilities and value of the solution.
• Customer Consultations: Engage with clients to gather technical requirements, understand their business processes, and propose the best use of our technologies.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios to prove the feasibility of proposed solutions in the client environment.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and solution documentation, ensuring the proposed architecture meets customer expectations.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical advisor and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Training and Support: Provide post-sale technical support, training, and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to relay to product development teams to help improve offerings based on real-world use cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in solution management or a related role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
