As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to technicians when necessary.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and provide updates as needed.
• Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, services offered, and technical support and strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service in related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job descriptions:

• Full spectrum of payroll (Timesoft)
• Manage e-modules (leave, attendance, payslip)
• Follow up with payroll/leave-related reports
• Ensure that correct statutory deductions are made in line with Employment Act and other government agencies
• Assist with MOM surveys for payroll-related submission
• Submit government claims via NS portal, Profamily leave etc
• Insurance renewal and assistance to submit claims if any
• Negotiates to outsource services such as hospital insurance coverage plan
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant fields
• At least 2 years of payroll experience (Timesoft experience will be an added advantage)
• At least 2 years of full HR spectrum will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
