Job Scope:

1. To meet up with students who require intervention. To engage and interact to build rapport with students. To use counselling skills & techniques to encourage the discussions of emotions.

2. To help identify the underlying issues to enhance students’ connectedness to school and build resilience.

3. To appropriately address concerns or issues faced by students, equipping them with coping strategies to manage their concerns and apply them when needed.

4. To act as mentors to provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, coaching and role-modelling to students.

5. To customise engagement programmes at individual and group level for targeted students with agreement from the relevant stakeholders.

To manage administrative load when working with external stakeholders / service providers in engagement of students and/or parents. Other examples of an engagement programme may include

but not limited to:

a. planning for a bridging programme for long-term absentee to return back to class.

b. reflection-based and/or adventure-based activities that will contribute to positive student development and resilience.

c. may also include providing an after-school care activities, after curriculum time to give additional engagement for at-risk students such as organizing a competition / games, problem-solving

activities, cooking or singing workshop, etc.

6. To conduct home visits with school staff, meetings with stakeholders and make referrals where appropriate.

7. To ensure proper documentation to record counselling and engagement activities for individual students including summary of cases under his/her charge to be submitted at the end of each week.

8. To monitor, follow up and communicate with stakeholders from within the school e.g. form teachers, school leaders, etc when required.

9. To share counselling tips with teachers and other stakeholders at

selected platforms at least once a term.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 8:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 1hr compulsory lunch break)
• Wednesdays: 9:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 1hr compulsory lunch break)
• Estimated number of working hours per week = 34 hours
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Salary: $40-50/H

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably with a degree certification in counselling or equivalent qualification;

2. Experience in counselling or working with teenagers.

Senior/Technical Sales Executive/Manager – SaaS Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior/Technical Sales Executive/Manager – SaaS Solutions with experience in selling energy technology products such as battery remote monitoring systems, smart charging management systems, and related SaaS solutions and software licenses. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint in the energy tech market, focusing on hardware solutions combined with software and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales process for energy technology solutions, including battery monitoring systems, smart charging management systems, SaaS platforms, and software licenses for energy management and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as electric vehicle (EV) OEMs, fleet operators, utilities, and energy providers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on selling both hardware and software solutions (SaaS), leveraging market insights and customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to articulate the value proposition of both hardware and SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solution delivery.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, including subscription sales for software platforms.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry curve and inform sales strategies.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, focusing on recurring revenue from SaaS subscriptions and software licenses.
• Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth onboarding for SaaS platforms and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, tracking key performance indicators(KPIs) such as customer acquisition, subscription renewals, and software license revenue.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on energy technology (battery monitoring systems, smart charging management) and SaaS platforms or software licenses.
• Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions that combine hardware and software (SaaS) components.
• Strong knowledge of subscription-based business models and experience managing recurring revenue streams from software sales.
• Existing network within industries such as EV OEMs, utilities, renewable energy companies, and energy storage providers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling SaaS platforms related to energy management, IoT solutions, or charging infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud-based energy monitoring and data analytics platforms.

Job Description: Sales Manager, Marine

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with propulsion system integrators, ship builders and naval architect to facilitate the adoption and integration of energy storage systems in maritime applications.
• Work closely with standard product provider on collaborators in energy storage solutions for hybrid and fully electric ships, ensuring alignment on Durapower’s battery pack product offerings and sales strategies given DNV, BV, Lloyds’ certification.
• Effectively promote and sell battery packs, adhering to distribution agreements and ensuring smooth order facilitation.
• Create and implement sales strategies that integrate the strengths of partners’ solutions and Durapower’s battery packs to meet market demands and revenue targets.
• Oversee relationships with key accounts and distributors, ensuring successful adoption of battery systems and addressing client needs promptly.
• Evaluate market trends and sales performance, providing feedback to all stakeholders to refine strategies and optimize sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with significant B2B sales experience, ideally within the maritime industry.
• Three to six years of business development experience in the maritime sector
• Essential to have a track record of success and a strong network within the local marine industry with marine propulsion system and marine engine experience
• Experience working with system integrators, managing partnerships with technology providers, and coordinating with distributors.
• Good understanding of market-demand, energy storage systems, battery cells, and distribution practices will be an added advantage.
• Track record of successful client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to drive strategic decisions.
