• Develop and drive sales strategies and profitable growth. Establish and provide annual sales plan and provide monthly & quarterly updates, revision and modifications to plan and drive required pipelines to meet sales plan which in line with the Company’s business plan
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales & business development
• Own the business development, update and communication of accurate sales forecasts for the region and achieve forecasted sales to meet business plans
• Manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
• Identifying and mapping business/ product strengths, customer needs and generate new accounts opportunity; perform customer research, prospecting and networking
• Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Creating and building solid relationships with new and existing customers and make sound decision within capacity level not limiting to maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Providing leadership to the sales team by setting goals, coaching employees, and helping them identify opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Management/ Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from relevant industries
• Proficiency in the use of SAP Materials Management software or other related ERP/MRP systems.
• Large key account and relationship management including global account
• Experience in developing business analytics team and turn business intelligence into useful info for business

Responsibilities include:

-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

* RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITE PROFITABILITY;

* ATTEND SITE SHOW ROUND FOR NEW TENDER PARTICIPATION WHEN ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT;

* FACILITATE SITE WORK PROGRESS BY TEAM TO BE IN LINE WITH MAIN CONTRACTORS SITE PROGRESS SCHEDULE;

* CONDUCT SITE WORK TRAINING WHEN REQUESTED BY SUPERVISORS;

* REVIEW RISK MANAGEMENT AT WORK AND AMEND WHEN REQUIRED.

* LEAD TEAM OF WORKERS AT ALLOCATED SITE;

* ENSURE WORKER'S SAFETY PERFORMANCE AT SITE;

* REQUISITE MATERIAL WHEN VOLUME RUNS LOW;

* AMEND SITE DRAWING ACCORDING TO SITE WORK PROGRESS;

* ATTEND SITE WEEKLY MEETING AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS RAISED;

* TAKING ATTENDANCE AT SITE AND SIGNING JOB CARD AT END OF DAY;

* CONDUCT TRAINING TO NEW WORKERS AT SITE WHEN REQUIRED;

* ALLOCATE TASK TO WORKERS FOR DIFFERENT JOB SCOPE AND TYPE;

* REPORT TO PROJECT MANAGER ON DAILY BASIS;

* SUBMISSION OF PROGRESS CLAIM ON MONTHLY BASIS;

* ENSURE THAT THERE'S IS PERMISSION TO WORK BEFORE ALLOWING WORKERS TO START WORK EVERYDAY;
