• Prepare progress claims for submission to consultants/clients
• Attend site valuation with consultants
• Prepare costing for variation orders
• Ensure timely review and approval/reconciliation of variation orders
• Prepare purchase order and payment requisition
• Prepare closing of projects
• Maintenance of cost data management system.
• Assisting in audit queries
• To be Site based

What We are Looking For:

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/commercial projects/retail and corporate office interior
• Experience in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be of great advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software

Duties:

1. Sorting, Washing, Drying, Pressing and Folding clothing and other textile items

2. Operate washing or dry-cleaning machines to wash or dry-clean clothings, blankets, curtains and carpets.

3. Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures

4. Ironing of clothings

General Description (Job Scope)

• Responsible for overseeing the department's operations covering the customers business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
• Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
• Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
• Invoicing of customers for timely collection of revenue
• Handle day to day operation issues
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Skill Required

• Hands-on experience in storekeeping will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to converse in English
• Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities

Experience and Qualification

• Diploma in Logistics Mgt
• Minimum 4 years experiences in the warehouse/logistics operations in a MNC or freight forwarding/logistics company.
