6. Contract Negotiation & Management:Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners.

7. Reporting & Analysis:Regularly report to executive leadership on business development progress, performance, and key metrics.
   Analyze business development activities, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
   
8. Risk Management & Compliance:Identify potential risks related to business development activities and work to mitigate them.
   Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
   

Job description:

1) Create and maintain optimal Database / DWH / Datamart architecture, which may include:

• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Informatica, SQL and related technologies

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements.

i) Automating manual processes

ii) Optimizing data delivery

iii) Re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and build/maintain Datamart

2) Participate in project and assist the user PM on the followings:

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups, and actively ensuring that customer/product data details and settlement instructions across a variety of systems remain up to date.

· Liaises with other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data.

· Ensures that statutory and regulatory obligations are met when new relationships with clients product/pricing sets are established.

· Verifies all details of the client/product from a regulatory and control perspective for Institutional Client Accounts

· Serves as escalation point for issues and complex processing.

· Involved in key projects for unit.

· Delivers daily project work and escalation management, routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.

· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Job Scope:

• In charge of all the food processing machinery maintenance for grinding, roasting and mixing of spices, riceand pulses
• Efficiently and effectively manage and operate assigned machinery according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual for day to day operations
• In case of machine breakdown, should be able handle the situation and do the necessary rectifications. Should be also able to advice accordingly if external parts are required
• Maintenance includes sharpening of grinding plates for grinding machine and also assisting in daily operations of mixing and grinding of spices
• Machinery has to be serviced every week based on production schedule and ensure efficient use of resources and minimization of wastage
• Ensure the correct cleaning and sanitation of machinery are rendered following Good Manufacturing Practices after necessary maintenance is done
• Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned following the SOPs.

Job Requirement

• A good team player to achieve production targets and strong skills to work with least supervision.
• Self motivated / Keen to learn and grow in the food & beverage / manufacturing industry
• Able to be on the feet for long hours
• Candidates with relevant experience in F&B / Manufacturing sector are preferable
