Your Role 

Aligned to our accelerated growth plan and further diversification of our Climate Infrastructure portfolio, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in executing on our innovative strategy. You will be responsible for origination, greenfield development, negotiation, documentation, closing and asset management of greenfield development projects and investments with a focus on the Water & Wastewater sectors and broader climate infrastructure. You will lead the development of greenfield projects and asset management of investments and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence with internal and external policies, governance and regulatory frameworks. You will play an active role in monitoring and optimising the performance of our Water, Wastewater, Renewable and Sustainable assets. 

This role will report to the Head of Climate Infrastructure and will be based in Singapore. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Origination and development of greenfield projects, including identifying potential customers/off-takers. 

• Prepare relevant internal documentation including strategy, transaction screening, investment committee papers and valuation reports. 

• Lead and support the development of greenfield projects and the execution of new investment opportunities. 

• Negotiation of offtake, procurement/construction and financing arrangements. 

• Securing all required permits and approvals. 

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to assess the viability, risks and returns. 

• Maintain a strong industry network and working relationships.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• At least 10 years of direct greenfield project development and investment experience within the Water and/or Wastewater sectors.  

• Demonstrable track record in independently sourcing and leading greenfield project development and investment transactions. 

• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of valuation methods and financial structures. 

• Existing experience of project development in the high growth Asia-Pacific markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. 

• Robust understanding of the Water and/or Wastewater sector market dynamics, regulatory frameworks and policies.  

• Detailed understanding of raising and executing limited recourse finance. 

• Ability to review, assimilate and incorporate due diligence.

• Ensure that the organization is in line with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System objectives and targets.
• Ensure proper collection of BCA Green Mark documents/ data necessary for onward submission.
• Conduct internal Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audits periodically.
• Create, implement and communicate environmental and sustainability programs effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure progress of environmental and sustainability programs against objectives as well as compliance to legal requirements and report the findings.
• Analyze and assess existing programs and processes for potential inefficiencies, define and implement the appropriate economical solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend solutions to reduce water and electricity consumption at site as well as reduction of all forms of pollution.
• Research and recommend methods for the usage and/or reduction of recycled and sustainable materials at site in order to be more environmentally friendly.
• Promote active and broad participation of volunteers in all areas of the Company’s efforts in relation to sustainability and well-being.

Qualfications and Education Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering or Sustainability from a recognized institution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation for TCM Consultation/Perinatal service and TCM aesthetic Body/Face/Head spa services and packages according to the standards and methods set by the Company.
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience.
• Promote personalised and suitable Perinatal treatments and relevant products to customers.
• To meet and achieve sales targets as set by Management and maximise sales opportunities. Follow up on sales enquiries.
• To build rapport with customers to deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers.
• Responsible for handling client problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to the management committee for discussion.
• To attend to all work-related training sessions provided / organised by the Company.
