Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays

· Preparation of tender documents & quotation and submission to client.

· Continually seek new opportunities and too increase customer satisfaction and well relationship with client.

· Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with Clients & Sub-contractor.

· Manage construction activities including planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of installation and construction works on site.

· Maintain good quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.

· Provide project estimation cost, analysis reporting for ongoing cost, manage allocation of costs.

· Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule

· Drive the work force with friendly relationship.

· Responsible for material procurement, subject to the client approved specification and on time requirement to site.

· Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internal and clients’ progress meetings.

· Prepare risk assessment and method of statements.

· Solar projects experience is added value.

1. Good command of Chinese and basic English

2. Ability to use Word、Excel、PowerPoint

4. Skill in public relations and handling complaints.

5. Skill in organization in order to coordinate several events simultaneously.

• Responsible for the erection of the launching equipment according to the requirements of the Launcher Supplier Operations and Maintenance Manual and any other Manuals provided by the Launcher Supplier.
• Responsible for the overall operation of the launching quipment and accessories necessary for the safe execution of the guideway launching works, according to the requirements of the Launcher Supplier Operations and Maintenance Manual.
• Responsible to ensure that the segments are installed within the tolerances to satisfy the Project Document requirements.
• Responsible to ensure that works are performed to a quality standard that meets or exceeds the Project Requirements.
• Responsible to ensure that works are performed in a safe manner that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Local Safety Authority. Hold Daily Safety Tool Box meetings with the Launcher Team.
• Responsible to ensure that scheduling of traffic management is performed to meet the needs of Segment Delivery such that Launching can proceed without unnecessary delay.
• Responsible to ensure that access for Segment Delivery is in place and is in compliance to meet the needs of Segment Delivery such that Launching can proceed without unnecessary delay.
• Responsible to ensure that piers in advance of the Launcher are ready and in compliance so that Launching works can proceed as scheduled.
• Responsible to ensure that bearing upstands and Launcher pier anchoring devices in advance of the Launcher are ready and in compliance with Engineer Requirements such that Launching works can proceed as scheduled.

Originals is expanding and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Admin Executive to join our team. This junior role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for administrative efficiency, organization, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ordering

• Consolidate bespoke customer orders and prepare accurate ordering calendars.
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Process container orders and handle final documentation.
• Draft and manage stock orders.

Receiving & Fulfilment

• Liaise with the buying and warehouse teams to coordinate container processing.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to address lead times, orders, and deliveries.
• Update and correct stock errors, SKU discrepancies, and stock locations/status.
• Handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Stock Management

• Generate and analyze stock and purchasing reports.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, incoming stock dates, and online collections in platforms like Dear and Shopify.
• Identify and address overstocked or understocked items.

Content Management

• Accurately create and update product information, including dimensions, materials, and warranties, in Dear and Shopify.
• Ensure product pages are complete with descriptions, tags, and images in line with company templates.
• Perform regular audits of product content and website layout for quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and inventory management tools such as Dear or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
