Role Summary

• Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Singapore office and will gain exposure to different aspects of the company, including office management, facilities, and IT. You will also be providing administrative support to the Senior Management team.

About the Role

You will join the team during an exciting period of expansion in both Singapore and China. Key responsibilties will include:

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes an assessment for you to complete in your own time, followed by a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. Location: Holland Campus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Salary range: $2500 - 3200 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls or face to face
• Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations
• Conduct orientation
• Providing customers with details and information on course enquiries
• Operational duties of Customer Service department
• Coordinating and marketing of activities including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions
• Other duties as assigned by the Management
